Which council governs you.
Most of England has two councils, not one. A district keeps the planning register and sends the rates bill; a county runs schools and social care. A unitary or a London borough does both. 0 of them are currently under some form of government intervention or emergency financial support, and say so on their card. 0 English councils have published part of their planning map — brownfield sites, conservation areas, Article 4 directions — to MHCLG’s platform, and those counts are on the card too.
