Where your briefing can go

Your inbox is the default. Everything below is somewhere else the same briefing, its deadlines and its follow-ups can land — in the tools your team already has open. Each one is a few clicks from inside the platform; this page says what they do and which plan they come with.

Email · Every plan

Your briefing arrives every Monday at 07:00.

What you do: Nothing. It is where the briefing goes by definition.

Slack channel · Engagement plan and up

The Monday briefing posted into a channel your team already reads.

What you do: Log in → Briefings → Delivery → Connect a channel next to Slack. Three steps, about a minute: Slack gives you a private address, you paste it in, we send a test message.

Microsoft Teams channel · Engagement plan and up

The same briefing posted into a Teams channel.

What you do: Log in → Briefings → Delivery → Connect a channel next to Microsoft Teams. In Teams, the channel’s ⋯ menu → Workflows → “Post to a channel when a webhook request is received” gives you an address; paste it in.

Addresses ending outlook.office.com stopped working in May 2026; a Workflow is the current way.

Your calendar · Briefings plan and up

Every closing date from your briefing — consultations, tenders, calls for evidence — in Outlook, Google Calendar or Apple Calendar, kept up to date on its own.

What you do: Log in → Briefings → Delivery → Get my private links, then press Add to Google Calendar, Add to Outlook or Add to Apple Calendar. One click each.

HubSpot and Notion · Engagement plan and up

Every letter sent and every meeting note filed is logged against the contact in your CRM or your Notion workspace.

What you do: Log in → Engagement → Your diary → HubSpot or Notion → Connect. You sign in once; we log from then on.

Outlook and Google diaries · Engagement plan and up

Meeting briefings and follow-ups read your diary for the meetings you actually have, so a briefing is ready before each one.

What you do: Log in → Engagement → Your diaryConnect. You sign in to Microsoft or Google once; letters can then be sent from your own mailbox too.
